EOI - Reliability Engineer (Casual) 8 weeks job

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Melbourne on a casual basis. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in industrial and manufacturing environments, with a focus on ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability.

Contract: 8 weeks job (casual)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability analysis and implement improvement strategies across manufacturing operations
• Monitor and optimize asset performance using CMSS and MEX systems
• Support maintenance teams with predictive and preventive maintenance planning
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Provide technical input into continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experiences

• Certified Engineering qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and MEX systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced industrial environments
